Once WG IT Computers & Consoles receives the returned new item the item will be inspected and the refund will be initiated, you will receive your refund if the returned item is in its original condition and packing. Your refund will be sent to the original Debit/Credit Card from where the funds were taken and you should receive it within 5 to 7 days and on rare occasions 10 days.
